Terms and Conditions

1 . Delivery time for garments.

Generally, outfits are available for delivery in the below mentioned times. For more accurate turnaround time information or priority order service, please contact customer service and we will be able to help you.

•           Special Occasions and Bridal: 25 to 50 days.

•           Formals: 25 to 30 days.

•           Casuals and Party Wear: 15-20 days

2. Express shipping service.

We use Fedex / DHL to ship to virtually any address in the world between 2 - 4 working days from the date of dispatch.

Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse as per turnaround time mentioned in section 1 above. ZO Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays.

3. Customs/Duties/Taxes.

We deliver your goods at your doorstep, as GIFT from the relative, so you don’t have to pay any duty / tax on your orders

5. Returns Policy for Garments.

Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our web site while ordering or by email. ZO BOUTIQUE will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided.

Please note that ZO BOUTIQUE has Insurance Contract with AIG to safeguard your orders &  before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in our record and Send one copy to Local Agent of AIG in your area, so that if any misfit case arises we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we will offer you a free replacement subject to the final findings of Our AIG Insurance surveyor in your area..

Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

 6. Listing and Descriptions.

ZO Boutique makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow,. ZO BOUTIQUE cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

7.Return Policy

ZO Boutique assures quality products however regarding the measurements of the outfits which if went wrong will be the only cause of not submitting the accurate measurements. Returning the outfit back to ZO might not result in automatic credit to you. So please be advised to give the accurate measurements. Regarding outfits of the wrong measurements, we advise our customers to conduct due diligence in submitting their measurements to assure best fit. ZO is not accountable for loss, damage or delays that are caused due to the mail courier. Color Disclaimer ZO Boutique’s customers should be aware that the colors seen on the Computer Screen might be a little different than the original outfits due to numerous factors, including: Room lighting Monitor settings Some slight variations in production For some of the practical purposes, the variation of the color might be slight. We would highly appreciate our customers’ understanding in this regard. Please be advised there is NO FULL REFUND policy when the order is confirmed and processed.
